What is AML used for?
Anti-Money Laundering or AML is a set of laws and regulations in a country with the goal to prevent and mitigate the crimes of money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing. It requires certain businesses and entities to comply with AML obligations which is aimed at preventing them from becoming a conduit for financial crimes.
